As busy moms defending the dyad, the Radical Moms Union partners with a print-on-demand provider to create unique products made exclusively for you when you place an order. Because of this custom production process, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you receive a damaged item or one with a manufacturing error, we’re here to make it right. Our provider offers a free replacement or refund if you contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. To submit a claim, message us at https://www.radicalmomsunion.org/contact with your order number, name, and a photo of the damage or error. This information will help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible.

Please note:

• We cannot offer refunds or replacements for orders with incorrect sizes or colors selected by the customer.

• For unsuccessful deliveries, a partial refund may be issued based on the circumstances.

Shipping:

All items are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. Once your order is processed and ready for shipment, you will receive a tracking number for your convenience. Please allow 3-5 business days for your item to be made before it ships.

Once your package is with the postal service, we no longer have control over delivery. Double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.
